Hi! I’m Kelly, owner and practitioner behind Elite Body Studio.

I’ve spent the last 7 years working in the medical field, along with years of experience as a Division I athlete competing in both water polo and swimming. My background in healthcare and athletics shaped the way I look at the body today: not as separate parts, but as a connected system.

 

That perspective is a big part of why I’m so passionate about lymphatic care. I love understanding how the lymphatic system, muscles, fascia, circulation and nervous system work together, and creating treatments that are actually tailored to what each person’s body needs. For me, the most rewarding part of what I do is being in the studio with my clients- helping them feel better, move better, recover, or simply feel more comfortable and confident in their own bodies.

 

I’m constantly learning and refining my approach because I genuinely love what I do. There’s nothing I’d rather spend my workdays doing than getting to know my clients, working with their bodies and seeing the changes that can come from intentional, personalized care.

 

When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me with my boyfriend, Nelson, spending time with family, or doing something that gets me outside. I love swimming, going for walks, discovering new coffee shops, traveling, and anything even slightly adventurous. Nelson and I spend a lot of time at the beach, whether we’re soaking up the sun, getting in the water or snorkeling.

 

I’m also just as happy staying home with a good movie marathon, getting creative with arts and crafts, or doing anything involving animals. And of course, I love spending time with my dog, Poseidon.

 

At the end of the day, I’m a pretty simple person: I love being active, exploring new places, spending time with the people (and animals) I love, and doing work that I genuinely care about. I’m so grateful that Elite Body Studio allows me to combine my background, my curiosity about the human body and my passion for helping people into something that feels completely my own.
